Was hired to make design, fit, and prepare the line in every aspect of the business to launch through the first 2 years

-Design, color and technical design, set grading and fit standards.

-Production, costing negotiating price and schedule, UPCS, skus, and all packaging and Trim Design.

-Projected sales, Costing and Market Brand Placement, set up for Wholesale sales, Linesheet creation Marketing and Merchandising.

-Leveraged all contacts with factories and creative to produce photoshoots

-Customer Service and Influencer Sample organization
